To further strengthen construction of association for science and technology and improve professional proficiency and self quality of its full-time and part-time secretaries, DSIC’s Association for Science and Technology organized and held a secretary training class in Shenyang from May 17 to 18. For this training class, they invited Liaoning Association for Science and Technology Learned Society Division Director Pan Weidong to make an interpretation on “General Secretary Xin Jinping’s Important Thoughts on Sci-tech Power” and an introduction to “Deeper Reform Scheme for Technical Association System”, where nearly 50 trainees of DSIC relevant party and group divisional leaders and full-time and part-time secretaries for DSIC’s Association for Science and Technology attended the training activity.
In his lecture, Director Pan Weidong has not only interpreted “General Secretary Xin Jinping’s Important Thoughts on Sci-tech Power” and introduced Deeper Reform Scheme for Liaoning Scientific and Technical Association System, but also made a profound analysis for trainees from national-tier requirements on Scientific and Technical Associations, general thinking of China Association for Science and Technology, and his opinion on enterprise scientific and technical associations, where there are many views of innovation for trainees, worth learning very much.
The learning content arranged for this training class is quite full, during which, DSIC’s Association for Science and Technology has organized trainees to visit Shenyang Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd, knowing relevant contents of Industry 4.0 focusing on smart digital manufacturing. In addition, trainees have also been shown around Liaoning Science and Technology Museum, learning popular science. Trainees said they are fruitful in this training class, not only raising their professional proficiency and scientific literacy, but also widening their horizon to lay a good foundation for further improving the work in the Association for Science and Technology.
