Following the delivery of No.44 180k DWT Bulk Carrier on Feb. 1, 2016, Feb.2 has witnessed the naming and delivery of No.61 319k DWT VLCC Kaisaconstructed for China Merchants Group by DSIC. This carrier has realized sea trial 91 days ahead of the annual schedule and reached to a state of zero pending item before delivery. China Merchants Group Board Director Shi Wei, China Merchants Energy Shipping Co.,Ltd. GM XieChunlin, and DSIC leaders Liu Zheng, CaiZhuyi and Deng Changlian were present at the naming and delivery ceremony.
At the very beginning of this year, DSIC has tightly centered on the spirit of CSIC’s 2016 working conference, taken continual innovation, management focus, strict risk control and quality and efficiency improvement as an overall working policy, planned the production resources and plans as a whole, optimized the technical process for production, and carried forward the statistics and analysis on actual working hours so as to further boost management and production efficiency.
